Description
Cretaceous 68 MYO, Glendive, MT
Ornithomimus was a bipedal, ostrich-type dinosaur with a toothless beak, probably indicative of a omnivorous diet. They had very long limbs, hollow bones, and would have been swift runners. This bone is from the toe of the ornithomimus- one of three weight bearing toes. Pristine condition with no restoration. A beautiful specimen. Very rare to find. Ships in a handsome Riker box.
